Just love, love, love! That's what first comes to my mind, when I think about the music of The Mowgli's. If their songs doesn't make you happy, then nothing will. This Los Angeles based band, who consists of 8 members, has that lovely '60/'70 's sound that simply puts a smile on your face. Their motto? 'Making music with love, love making with music'. That's indeed what the Mowgli's are doing with their songs and also with their first released video. Check it out!
The song 'San Francisco' is just as happy, cheerful and youthful as the video itself, who was directed by Justin Baldoni. I love the part with the confetti, the illustrations that are portrayed in the video and of course their love for the city himself, San Francisco.
If you haven't already listened to their EP Love is not Dead, you really should give it a try. It's simply amazing: 5 cheerful, rock n' roll, indie-folk songs that are perfect for your spring/summer playlist!
