Hi broken hearted people, this song if for you! "Turn It Up"is one of the most positive breakup songs that I've ever heard. Pixie's voice is just amazing and the message behind the song is the best cure for a broken heart.
We've been all there, breakups. You've thought you (finally) found your prince charming, but later he turns out to be just another frog. Ai! Love is a tricky thing. Opening your heart to someone new can be very scary, because the risk of getting hurt and being disappointed (again) is an awful feeling. No one wants to go through a breakup, but that's the risk that you have to take.
Letting go of people is never easy, but sometimes there is simply no (like Pixie explains) 'forward'. You can't put your relationship on 'hold', because you have to move on. I truly believe that everything happens for and that people come and go in your life. That's sad of course, but sometimes it's the best for yourself.
So let's "Turn it up, turn it up for the people that say "we're moving on and we'll be okay" YEAH!
