One of my favorite bands are definitely Imagine Dragons. This Las Vegas-based indie rockers wins me over and over again. They did it first with It's Time, who was constantely on repeat on my Ipod, because it's one of those songs where the music really gets through you. On Top of the World, which is the 5th track of their debut EP Night Visions, is also one of these songs.
Last week the band released the official music video for On Top Of The World. The video, who was directed by Matt Eastin and Corey Fox, pictures the band as astronauts when they landed the moon for the first time. For this video, the band was inspired by many of their personal favorites: "We had a good time shooting this video. It was inspired by some of our favorite movies, bands, and directors. We've always been into conspiracy theories, so we thought we'd create one of our own."
I think it's such a fun idea how they brought up this video with their own inspirations. They even included their love ones in this video. How cute is that!
